the UEMOA financial market.The issuer has tendered a sum of 20 billion FCFA to ensure the coverage of its financing needs from its budget. In return, it received global submissions of 11.419 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of the amount put in adjudication of 57.10%. The amount of tenders accepted was 10.125 billion and that rejected was 1.294 billion. The absorption rate is 88.67%. Investors whose bids were successful will end up with a weighted average return of 9.34%
