The bond market capitalisation analyst for the BRVM is increased from 10 486.989 billion FCFA the day before to 10 623.119 billion FCFA on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The first listing of bond bonds entitled TPCI (Public Treasury of Côte d'Ivoire) 5.90% 2024-2029 and TPCI 6% 2024-2029 and TPCI 6% 2024-2031 is at the origin of this increase.
The State of Côte d'Ivoire, through the General Directorate of Financing, had issued these two bonds in order to finance investments planned in the budget for the year 2024.The distribution of the titles to the public at a price of 10,000 FCFA per bond took place from 5 to 13 August 2024.
UEMOA At the end of the operation, 6,755,259 TPCI 5.90% 2024-2029 bonds and 6,914,802 TPCI 6% 2024-2031 bonds were subscribed on the regional financial market for a total amount of 136,700,610,000 FCFA.For its part, the capitalization of the equity market fell by 32.476 billion FCFA, to 9,940.592 billion FCFA against 9,973.068 billion FCFA on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
The total value of transactions also fell from 762.729 million FCFA the day before to 414.571 million FCFA the day before.As far as indices are concerned, they are in their fifth successive fall. The BRVM Composite index thus fell by 0.33% to 272.24 points against 273.13 points previously. For its part, the BRVM 30 index recorded a decrease of 0.34% to 136.73 points against 137.19 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index recorded a sharp drop of 1.21% to 111.63 points against 113.00 points
the day before.The Flop 5 of the largest price drops is occupied by SIB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.43% to 3,240 FCFA), Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.72% to 19,035 FCFA), Servair Abidjan Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.11% to FCFA 3,240), Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.72% to 19,035 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.72% to 19,035 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (less 3.70% to 1,040 FCFA) and NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.57% to 675 FCFA).
The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.85% at 780 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.53% at 1,060 FCFA), UNIWAX Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.50% at 410 FCFA), SODECI Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.80% at 410 FCFA) 5 650 FCFA) and SOGB Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.66% to 4 595 FCFA).
