Le pays vise beaucoup plus haut by 2030 and wants to become one of the largest African gold producers, like Ghana and its 114 tons in 2023.Ivory Coast aims for gold production of 62 tons in 2025, against 58 tons in 2024. According to Jean-Claude Diplo, at the end of his term at the end of his term at the head of the Ivorian equivalent of the Chamber of Mines, the objective is to achieve production similar to that of Ghana by 2030, while surpassing the performances of Mali and Burkina Faso.
