Following the departure of Jumoke Ogundare, who resigned on June 30, 2025, after three decades with ARM Holding Company, the company announced the appointment of Wale Odutola as the group's new CEO, beginning in July 2025.

Jumoke Ogundare spent 10 years running the asset and investment management firm as CEO. The new CEO, Wale Odutola said: “It has been a privilege to lead ARM. I am confident that Wale and Osahon will drive innovation and uphold our values while exploring new growth paths.” Actuellement directeur général adjoint, Odutola brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial services. He previously held leadership positions at ARM Pension Managers, ARM Securities, and ARM Properties. According to him, “ARM is synonymous with vision, integrity and long-term value. I am honored to lead our next chapter and support economic growth in Nigeria.”

Osahon Ogiemudia has been appointed executive director.
