In order to finance investments included in the budget for the year 2025, the State of Senegal, through the General Directorate of Public Accounting and the Treasury (DGCPT), had issued these four bond loans.

It is in this context that the issuer broadcast these titles to the public from 27 March to 18 April 2025 at the price of 10,000 FCFA per bond.

At the end of this transaction, 2 million Senegalese Government bonds 6.40% 2025-2028, 23,688,975 bonds State of Senegal 6.60% 2025-2030, 23,688,975 bonds State of Senegal 6.60% 2025-2030, 6,60% 2025-2030, 9,500,336 Government of Senegal bonds 6.60% 2025-2030, 9,500,336 were subscribed on the UEMOA regional financial market. for a total amount of 416,654 billion FCFA. The trading session for Senegalese government bonds, admitted to the BRVM bond compartment, aims to promote the trading of securities on the regional financial market. Beyond these exchanges, the other interest that lies in this listing is to boost the market capitalization of the bond market. According to the directors of the BRVM, the listing procedure used for the first day of trading is the ordinary procedure with a reference price set at 10,000 FCFA. The first trading course will be determined by the comparison of buy and sell orders.
