Malian justice wants to hear generals of the Malian army. The latter would be implicated in the embezzlement and corrupt practices surrounding the financing of the army through the law of orientation and military programming (Lopm).

Some of them were made available to the courts as part of the Lopm audit. For the moment, the former DFM, Colonel Abdoul Wahab Touré, his deputy with two of his military collaborators and two civilians (the financial controller Mrs. Sangho Fatoumata Bocoum and his predecessor, Toumaye Traoré, currently stationed in Gao) are accused of " forgery and use of forgery ".
