After issuing a 5-year Treasury recovery bond (ORD), Togo obtained the sum of 25 billion FCFA on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the market level UEMOA financier.

The issuer had put up an auction for a total of 25 billion FCFA. UMOA-Titres totaled a total of 42.132 billion FCFA in investor submissions. This gives a coverage rate for the amount put up for auction of 168.53%. The successful bids amounted to 25 billion FCFA and those rejected to 17.132 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 59.34%. Investors whose bids were successful will end up with a weighted average return of 5.76%.
