Thus, in order of merit, the financial services industry occupies the first place in business with 442.525 million shares, the second place occupied by the consumer goods industry with 82.126 million shares in 3875 transactions and finally the conglomerate industry, which is in third place with 51.083 million shares in 694 transactions.

According to the information, trading in the three main shares represented 173.852 million shares worth 3.073 billion naira in 4,324 transactions. This contributes to 24.64% and 23.91% to total share turnover. In addition, a total of 16,247 units traded in 24 transactions.
