The State of Senegal obtained an amount of 35.020 billion FCFA (52.530 million dollars) on the financial market of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) on Friday, September 30, 2022, with a view to ensuring that its budget is covered. This was at the end of its simultaneous issuance of 3-year and 5-year treasury recovery bonds (ODR) organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres based in Dakar.

In their search for capital of 35 billion FCFA, the Senegalese authorities were left with a total amount of submissions from investors of 59,670 billion FCFA, that is a coverage rate of 170.49% of the amount put up for tender.
