This was at the end of its simultaneous issuance of 3-year and 5-year treasury recovery bonds (ODR) organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres based in Dakar.
In their search for capital of 35 billion FCFA, the Senegalese authorities were left with a total amount of submissions from investors of 59,670 billion FCFA, that is a coverage rate of 170.49% of the amount put up for tender.
