For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022, Guinness Nigeria Plc shareholders approved a dividend of N15.64 billion on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

The chairman of the board, Guinness Nigeria, Omobola Johnson said that “Guinness Nigeria remains the only total alcoholic beverage company in Nigeria.
