The Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) went green on Thursday, October 27, 2022 with higher indices after several days of declines and contrasting circumstances.

The rise in the BRVM 10 index (index of the 10 main stock exchanges on the stock exchange) was much more sustained, with + 0.80% to 161.02 points compared with 159.74 points the day before. While the BRVM Composite index (general stock market index) rose by 0.50% to 201.84 points against 200.84 points the day before. For its part, the stock market capitalization of the equity market was positively impacted by the improvement in the indices. Thus, the stock market capitalization of the stock market increased by 30.061 billion, from 6045.160 billion FCFA the day before to 6075,221 billion FCFA on October 27, 2022. On the other hand, the capitalization of the bond market fell by 2,153 billion FCFA, from 8,767.174 billion FCFA the day before to 8,765.021 billion FCFA on October 27, 2022A. The total value of transactions is in sharp decline. It is now at 2.840 billion FCFA compared to 12.611 billion FCFA on October 26, 2022.

The Flop 5 of the biggest price declines was occupied by the stocks SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.27% to 1,020 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (minus 6.14% to 5 350 FCFA), Bolloré C& ocirc; te d'Ivoire (minus 4.75% to 1,650 FCFA), BOA Benin (minus 32.8% to 5,900 FCFA) and SMB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.79% to 6,800 FCFA).

As for the Top 5 highest price increases, it was occupied by the shares Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.50% to 2,150 FCFA), Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.50% & agrave; 860 FCFA), Solibra Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.44% to 115,500 FCFA), SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.78% to 5,040 FCFA) and Filtisac Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.94% to 1,275 FCFA).
