The directors of the Ivorian Electric Company (CIE) announced that this company recorded an increase of 16.1% in the first half of 2022 compared to the same p& Eacute; period of the year 2021. The half-year result under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) for this company stood at 5.527 billion FCFA compared with 4.760 billion FCFA as of 30 June 2021. In terms of turnover, there was an increase of 4%, from 109.907 billion FCFA in the first half of 2021 to 114.151 billion FCFA a year later.
