On November 15, 2022, at the end of the issue of a support and resilience vouchers and Treasury recovery bond (ODR) of 364 days and 5 years respectively, Guinea Bissau obtained 13.750 billion FCFA from the UEMOA financial market.

19.835 billion FCFA is the total amount of bids out of an auctioned amount of 12.5 billion according to UMOA-Securities. This gives 158.68%, a coverage rate for the amount put up for auction. Also, 13.750 billion FCFA is the amount of the tenders selected and 6.085 billion FCFA, the rejected amount, giving an absorption rate of 69.32%.

For vouchers, investors whose bids are successful will end up with a weighted average return of 3.56% and 6.13% for bonds. The vouchers issued are to be repaid on the first working day following the maturity date set for November 11, 2023.
