About Adrien Diouf

Holder of an MBA from Mc-Gill University in Montreal (Canada) and a graduate of the University of Paris I in Mathematics and Financial Modeling, Adrien Diouf has been the Director of the UMOA-TITRES Agency since its creation in 2013. After ten years in the banking sector and pension funds in France and Canada, he returned to Senegal in 2006 and joined the APIX participating in the financial structuring of several projects of the State of Senegal.

In 2008, he joined the Senegalese subsidiary of the Ecobank Group as Head of the Investment Banking and Public Sector Department. He was then recruited by Diamond Bank to hold the position of Director of Treasury for the UEMOA zone until 2012, when he left for Egypt to head the Treasury Department of Afreximbank, before joining the Agence UMOA-Titres.

Since September 2013, on the strength of his long experience, Adrien Diouf has been the Director of Agence UMOA-Titres. The main mission of the Agence UMOA-Titres is the development and promotion of the government securities market of the countries of the zone as well as assistance to national treasuries in their fundraising operations on the financial markets.
