Atlantic Financial Group (AFG), Atlantic Group's financial holding company, announces that it has finalized the acquisition of the BNP Paribas subsidiaries in the Comoros, Gabon and Mali after obtaining all the prior authorizations from the various regulators.

Through these acquisitions, the AFG Group displays its renewed ambitions as a pan-African banking player and now owns, in addition to Banque Atlantique Cameroun:

• the Bank for Industry and Commerce - Comoros (BIC - Comoros)
• the International Bank for Commerce and Industry of Gabon (BICIG),
• the International Bank for Commerce and Industry of Mali (BICIM)

AFG thus consolidates its presence in the CEMAC Zone (Cameroon and Gabon), marks its return to the UEMOA Zone (Mali) and opens up new horizons in the Indian Ocean (Comoros).
