The National Conference on Combating Money laundering and the financing of terrorism was organized by the National Financial Intelligence Unit (CNRF), on December 2, 2025 in Bujumbura. On the occasion, the Prime Minister of Burundi Nestor Ntahontuye indicated that the LBC/FT is the first demanding fight to remove the obstacles holding back achieving the National Vision 2040-2060.
