The Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) ended the week in the red. At the end of the trading session on Friday, July 22, 2022, the two indices found themselves in the red zone, contrary to the session the day before.

The BRVM 10 index lost 0.38% to 160.06 points compared to 160.67 points the day before. The BRVM Composite index recorded a decline of 0.23% to 207.10 points compared to 207.57 points the day before. For its part, the stock market capitalization of the equity market fell from 14.188 billion FCFA to 6234.065 billion FCFA. That of the bond market is also down by 708 million FCFA, from 8014.504 billion FCFA on July 21, 2022 to 8013.796 billion FCFA on Friday, July 22, 2022. The total value of transactions increased to 869.665 million FCFA compared to 496.687 million FCFA previously.
