The meeting of the Executive Committee of African stock exchanges met on Tuesday, May 31 at the headquarters of the Central African Securities Exchange (BVMAC) in Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon. The meeting was chaired by Edoh Kossi Amenounvé, Director General of the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM), the common platform for the eight countries of the UEMOA. According to him, this meeting was held "on the sidelines of the 10th edition of the Building African Financial Market (BAFM), our annual capacity building meeting for capital market players in Africa. It enshrines major decisions and recommendations for the development of the stock market.
