On Thursday, July 28, 2022, the first listing of the Orabank 7% 2021-2026 FCTC will take place on the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM).

The executives of the bank established, jointly with the management company Africa Link Capital Titrisation, the compartment "FCTC ORABANK 7% 2021-2026" of the Common Fund of Securitization of Receivables named FCTC ORABANK. During the dissemination of "FCTC ORABANK 7% 2021-2026" securities from December 8th to 21st 2021, 2,500,000 "FCTC ORABANK 7% 2021-2026" bonds were subscribed on the WAEMU regional financial market. The introduction procedure retained for the first day of quotation is the ordinary one with a reference price fixed at 10 000 FCFA. This operation is part of a search for innovative financial mechanisms to refinance the portfolio of receivables in order to optimize the intervention capacity of ORABANK.
