Exporters from Côte d'Ivoire participated from December 8, 2020 to February 5, 2021 in a training seminar on foreign trade techniques. Organized by the National Export Council (CNE), this capacity-building workshop for local actors focuses on improving the export potential of companies.

They were about twenty actors who participated in this training on "Key themes related to foreign trade, the issues of the value chains of the Sne and export techniques". The component of the Competitiveness and Regional Integration Support Programme (PACIR) relating to the project to support the implementation of the National Export Strategy (Sne) is dedicated to Cne.
"Pacir, funded by the European Union (EU), focuses, among other things, on the support and upgrading of Very Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the strengthening of intermediary organizations in value chains and the improvement of the business climate", said CNE Secretary General Serge Bombo. According to him, the program also aims to equip business support agencies to offer better services to exporting companies in the value chains concerned by the Sne.
