As bets on the Fed's rise, the dollar extended its best rally against the Yen since mid-June on Monday.

The dollar is supported by rising Treasury yields after successful U.S. employment data raised expectations of further tightening aggressive Federal Reserve policy. The greenback rose 0.31% for the last time to 135.42 yen, and reached 135.585 yen, its highest since July 28, after jumping 1.57% in the previous session, its biggest gain in a day since June 17.

The dollar index, which measures the currency against six counterparts, stood at 106.77, following a Friday peak of 106.93, also the strongest since July 28. Traders currently see a 73.5% probability of the Fed continuing the pace of interest rate increases of 75 basis points for its next policy decision on September 21, compared to around 41% before Friday's surprisingly strong payroll data raised concerns that the Wage growth is not fueling inflation.

Furthermore, the euro fell by 0.35% to $1,01595 while the pound sterling slipped by 0.19% to $1.2050. The pound sterling fell to $1.2004 dollar on Friday. Meanwhile, the Australian dollar slipped 0.06% to $0.6907, while the New Zealand dollar fell 0.19% to $0.62315.
