The operation was well received by investors with a subscription rate of 235 billion FCFA (385 billion dollars). The fundraising operation was initiated on the market of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC). With a maturity of seven years and an additional period of two years, this call for public savings, whose initial amount requested was 200 billion CFA francs ($327 million), was a success.
