After a simultaneous issuance of 3-year and 5-year Treasury recovery bonds (ORD), Burkina raised 30.253 billion FCFA on the financial market of UEMOA. The weighted average return on this transaction organized by UMOA-Titres is 5.65% for 3-year bonds and 5.92% for 5-year bonds. Speaking of the capital of the securities issued, it will be paid on the first business day starting July 21, 2025 for bonds with a maturity of 3 years and on July 21, 2027 for bonds with a maturity of 5 years. With a fixed interest rate of 5.65% for 3-year bonds and 5.90% for 5-year bonds, interest will be repaid from the end of the first year.
