The first part of 2019 is marked by an upward trend in rubber prices with a SICOM 20 that goes from $ 1,2860 per kilogram at the beginning of January to $ 1,4590 per kilogram at the end of June 2019; an increase of 13% since the beginning of the year.

As a result, revenue at the end of June 2019 stood at XOF 64,361 million, an increase of XOF 7,960 million (14%) compared to June 2018. This variation is the consequence of the increase in volumes sold, which rose sharply during this half-year (more than 13,000 tonnes).

Operating income improved by XOF 1,669 million or 528% compared to June 2018.

As for the result of ordinary activities, it went from -1519 million in 2018  to 85 million in June 2019, an increase of 106% compared to the reference year.

 net income for this half-year improved by XOF 825 million, an increase of 49% compared to June 2018.

It should be noted, however, that these figures are strongly impacted by the result of the tax audit of SAPH, which was completed at the end of this semester.
