Un accord de coopération a été signé le mardi 31 janvier 2023 entre le Sovereign Fund for Strategic Investments (FONSIS) and the Business Upgrade Office (BMN).

L'accord entre vision of FONSIS and BMN is to improve the competitiveness of Senegalese SMEs and SMIs by making them benefit from the expertise developed in terms of support, financing and upgrade. Indeed, certain projects will be prioritized: facilitating access to the BMN upgrade program for SMEs/SMIs financed by FONSIS or its financing vehicles, presenting to FONSIS companies benefiting from an upgrade and needing to raise funds to finance their growth, integration of the BMN into investment committees or technical assistance committees certain financing vehicles dedicated to SMEs/SMEs and set up by FONSIS, then establishment of specific partnerships as part of the design and implementation of SME/SMI restructuring plans.
