Following his election at the 7th congress of the National Union of General Finance Agents (Synafig) held on January 18, Mr. Séka Assi Vincent and the members of his national executive office (BEN) were invested on Wednesday March 18, 2020 in the rotunda of the financial city in Plateau in the presence of the Technical Advisor Adama Dosso, representing the Minister to the Prime Minister in charge of the budget and the State portfolio, Mr. Koné Adama, representing the Inspector General of Finance and the sponsor Mr. N'cho Vincent, Vice-Governor of the district of Abidjan.

It was a room one-third full, government measures against Coronavirus disease oblige, which hosted the investiture ceremony of the brand new national executive office of Synafig, the 4th of its kind since its creation.

The highlight of this gathering of the day was the taking of the oath of Mr. Séka Assi Vincent, the reception of his attributes as Secretary General and the baptism of all the members of his executive office. Thus during his speech, the brand new SG wanted to thank all those who contributed to his election and promised to continue the fight of his predecessor not without congratulating him for the tremendous work he has done during his fifteen years of management. .

This is why, he will say, '' I place my mandate under the sign of unity and continuity ''. Still continuing, he promised to work for the well-being of union members in terms of housing and working conditions, without forgetting many other projects to come.

Before him, the president of the organizing committee, Mrs. Datté, who is also President of the Synafig control commission, had set the scene for the investiture ceremony by welcoming the entire assembly. After her, Mr. Légré David, President of the session of the 7th congress which saw the election of SG Séka Assi Vincent, read the report of the said congress.

In turn, the godfather, Mr. N'cho Vincent, Vice-Governor of the district of Abidjan, gave advice to his godchildren when Mr. Adama Dosso, Technical Advisor, representing the Minister to the Prime Minister in charge of the budget and of the State portfolio, went in the same direction as his predecessor on the desk before closing in the name of his client the ceremony of investiture of the new national executive office of Synafig for the period 2020-2023.

It should be noted that the office of SG Séka Assi Vincent comprises 20 members, all civil servants of the general finances of Côte d'Ivoire. The ceremony saw the participation of the artistic group ''Revolution''.
