Togo has mobilized 30 billion CFA francs on the financial market of the WAEMU. With a little over 87 billion CFA francs of bids and a coverage rate of nearly 300%, investors have responded. A source informs that this amount will ensure the coverage of the financing needs of the state budget, as part of the national plan for economic recovery post-Covid-19. Well before, the treasury has already managed to collect a little more than 300 billion CFA francs, on an annual target of 550 billion CFA francs.
