On Friday, February 20, 2026, at the end of his Issue of a simultaneous auction of 364-day treasury bills and comparable 5, 7 and 10-year Treasury bonds organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres, the General Directorate of Public Accounting and the Treasury (DGCPT) raised at the level of the UEMOA financial market the sum of 87,999 billion FCFA.

The Senegalese state plans ensure the financing of its budgetary needs. For this, the DGCPT had auctioned an amount of 80 billion FCFA. The submissions The total number of investors amounted to 170.299 billion CFA francs. What corresponds to a coverage rate of 212.87% for the amount put up for auction.

The amount of tenders accepted is 87.999 billion FCFA and the one rejected 82.299 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 51.67%.

Investors whose bids have been selected will end up with a weighted average return of 7.10% for 364-day vouchers, 7.69% for 3-year bonds, 7.70% for 5-year bonds, 7.73% for 7-year bonds and 7.80% for 10-year-old women.

The DGCPT has committed itself to investors to reimburse the vouchers issued on first business day following the due date of February 21, 2027. Les Interest will be paid in advance by precounting them on the nominal value of these good.

As for the repayment of the principal of the bonds, it is scheduled the first business day following the February 23 due date 2029 for those aged 3, to February 23, 2031 for those aged 5, to 23 February 2033 for those aged 7 and on 23 February 2036 for those aged 10. The DGCPT will pay interest payments annually at the rate of 6.30% for 3-year bonds, 6.45% for 5-year bonds, 6.60% for bonds of 7 years and 6.75% for those aged 10, starting at the end of the first year
