The activities for the opening of a subsidiary of the Algerian National Bank (BNA) took place yesterday, Thursday, September 21, 2023 in Dakar, Senegal. Algiers has set up a new bank.

La BNA is the 29th bank in Senegal. The Bank's Director, Mohamed Lamine Lebbou, said that the operation is considered to be “a real opportunity for Algeria's economic influence on Africa”. According to the latter, it is a way of supporting national operators in their conquest of this continent. Senegal thus becomes the first country to approve a 100% Algerian bank.
