TheLes deux hommes sont defendants are accused of having encouraged a woman and her brother to invest 33 million and 3 million CFA francs respectively. The funds were injected into Liyeplimal, an online investment platform that disappeared, causing victims. One of the defendants faces 7 years in prison and the other could benefit from being released with the benefit of the doubt if the judge agrees to the request of the public prosecutor. The file is under discussion by December 18, 2023
