At the start of the day, oil prices fell. They are expected to end the week higher thanks to positive economic data from United States and China and a reduction in crude oil inventories in the United States

American West Texas Intermediate crude fell 41 cents, or 0.5%, to $76.95. Brent oil futures lost 32 cents, or 0.39%, to $82.12 per barrel at 01:15 GMT. The Brent benchmark was expected to end the week with a rise of 4.5%, while the American benchmark was expected to rise by 4.8%. Both were on track for their second consecutive week of increase.
