Ndèye Bineta Delphine NDIAYE replaces Serge André-Philippe BOUAH, now Director of the Bank's Institutional Relations Department. The new director will lead all activities aimed at defining the Bank's communication, marketing and public relations policies and procedures. NDIAYE holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences, with an International Quantitative Marketing option from the University of Cergy-Pontoise style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif" > and a specialist in rebranding and structuring projects corporate communication and change management. Before taking on her new responsibilities, Delphine NDIAYE had been the Communication Director of the Orabank Group for 14 years, where she orchestrated the search for the Orabank name and led, among other things, the name changes of Financial Bank, Bacim Bank, Bacim Bank, UIBG, BTD and BRS in a total of 12 countries
