It is a multinational program funded by the African Development Bank style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"> ( BAD ), the European Union style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif">, KfW and other partners. During his presentation, the Country Manager for BAD in Chad, N'Kodia Claude, said that the PIDACC-BN has already recorded encouraging results at the halfway point of its implementation. Indeed, among the achievements, we note the restoration of more than 200,000 hectares of degraded land, the construction of more than 100 hydraulic structures and the strengthening of the capacities of more than 10,000 agricultural producers. Despite this progress, challenges remain, including the mobilization of financial resources, access to water for populations and the adaptation of agricultural practices to climate change.
