An agreement was signed on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 by the Minister of Infrastructure, Land and Air Transport (Mitta), El Malick Ndiaye, and the Director General of the Caisse des Deposits et Consignations (CDC), and the Director General of the Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC), Fadilou Keïta, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, to finance infrastructure and transport projects.

The signing of the financing agreement between Mitta and the CDC contributes to strengthening national sovereignty in the fields of transport and infrastructure. According to El Malick Ndiaye, all structures (17) under the supervision of his ministry will be trained to explore the various ways of collaboration with the Cdc and its subsidiaries (SYNAPSYS SA, CDMP SA, CDMP SA, CACO SA...).
