The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) launched the Arab-African Financial Consortium aimed at strengthening financial cooperation between the two regions, during the celebration of its 50 years of existence. The bank's lending strategy focuses on four key areas namely, infrastructure, agricultural value chains, private sector development and trade finance, as well as support for SMEs.
