On the occasion of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders convened on August 20, 2024 by the Board of Directors, the BOA Benin bank announced to increase its share capital by 20.280 billion FCFA by adding reserves and bonuses.

The increase in the share capital of BOA Benin will make it possible to increase the current capital of the bank from 20,280,524,000 FCFA to 40,561,048,000 FCFA. It will be carried out by incorporating into said capital all the emission premiums for an amount of 603,405,294 FCFA, a portion of the optional reserves for an amount of 19,065,673,389 FCFA and the deferral again for an amount of 611,445,317 FCFA.
