The fifth edition of the IFRS/IPSAS international accounting standards certification course is scheduled to take place from 23 to 31 August 2024 in Burkina Faso. It is organized by the Contra Africain d'Expertise en Gestion, Economie et Innovation (CAGEI), in partnership with GLOBAL EXPERT in

Abidjan.

The training certifying to IFRS/IPSAS international accounting standards will bring together accountants, consolidators, CFOs, accounting, financial and fiscal executives, accounting executives, financial and fiscal managers, management controller, management controller, management controller, management controller, controller, controller, teacher, students, etc., from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. during the week (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends). The second “Conceptual and Practical Framework of IPSAS” will address topics such as “Foundations and main characteristics of IPSAS international accounting standards; IPSAS financial statement presentations; Treatment of assets according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards IPSAS; Treatment of liabilities according to international accounting standards

Participants have until 23 August 2024 to submit applications. The cost of the training is 500,000 for individual applications and 600,000 CFA francs for institutional applications

This training will be provided by Joël MABUDU, a qualified chartered accountant, certified to international standards, co-editor of the revised SYSCOHADA and the UEMOA chart of accounts, co-editor of the accounting system for non-profit entities (SYSCEBNL). The latter holds several specialization certificates relating in particular to: international accounting standards, state accounting and budgetary management (public accounting), market finance, sale, acquisition and transfer of businesses.
