On Friday, August 16, the President of the Superior Council of Magistracy, Dieudonné Kamuleta Badibanga and the Director General of d'Activa - RDC, Patrick NOUH signed an insurance agreement for the benefit of around 5000 magistrates in the country.

Health coverage, pension and funeral expenses are the focal points that intervene in the insurance agreement. The signing of this memorandum of understanding is a reason for satisfaction for the CEO of Activa. We come to reassure them that they have a player in the insurance sector who supports them in taking care of their health and their humanity, and to set up funeral expenses in the event that a magistrate dies.” According to the Permanent Secretary of the Higher Council of Magistracy, the two parties have agreed on a health insurance agreement and an agreement for funeral expenses. “With this agreement, we will work with technicians to move on to implementation” he reassured. The secretary also said that “Activa is a better deal.” According to him, “if a magistrate is ill, he can be taken care of at home or abroad, which is attractive for magistrates. Many have doctors in France, Germany, Europe, in general. And the bill will be paid by the insurance company.”
