Le On Monday 26 August, a ceremony was held to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Rwanda and Sierra Leone on cooperation in the field of internal security and correctional services

The agreement signed between Rwanda and Sierra Leone covers various areas. These include information technology and cybersecurity, the fight against terrorism, violent extremism, among other threats to peace. Also, there is cooperation in the fight against illegal trafficking in firearms, trafficking in human beings, trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances, money laundering and other emerging threats to the benefit of both parties.
