The meeting organized by HAAC Togo aims to take stock of the progress of digitization projects in each member country and to identify the obstacles that hinder this transition. According to Édouard Loko, outgoing president of PRA—Guinea UEMOA , the transition to TNT is a major challenge for countries. According to him, “it is a question of modernizing our broadcasting systems and offering our populations a better quality of service”. He also said that 18 of the 54 countries in Africa are at the heart of television digitization. The transition to DTT offers numerous opportunities for the countries UEMOA of East Guinea.
