Pour le compte du premier semestre 2024, Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire (ECOC) announced an increase of 6.2% in its net profit to 25.39 billion CFA francs (43 million dollars).

Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire (ECOC) is an Ivorian subsidiary of the Ecobank Group, listed on the BRVM. It recorded a net profit of 25.39 billion FCFA (43 million dollars) in the first half of 2024. This performance marks an increase of 6.2% compared to the 23.92 billion CFA francs recorded at the end of June 2023. The growth in ECOC's net profit was due to a 24.1% reduction in the net cost of risk. This reflects a rigorous monitoring of credit risk and the improvement of recovery efforts. Net banking income increased by 10.6%, reaching 58.79 billion CFA francs in 2024, due to the increase in the net interest margin
