Le Projet d' appui à la digitalisation de The objective of the Comorian economy is to promote the emergence of a complete and coherent offer of digital services able to respond to the needs of the people, with the ultimate aim of linking the country to the information society. For its implementation, it integrates the construction and operationalization of a main national datacenter (data center) based on a containerized solution, in addition to the State data hosting center, which will fulfill the role of secondary datacenter. The contribution from the African Development Fund, the Bank's concessional lending window, is a grant of 4.02 million euros and 5.49 million euros come from the Transition Support Facility

The implementation of this project will also allow the establishment of an incubator at the University of the capital Moroni, in order to support startups and entrepreneurs in the design, development and marketing of innovative products and services, while strengthening local skills and contributing to the economic diversification of Comoros. Citizens, associations, and private companies, as users of the digital services implemented, administrations, state agents, who will be able to have a working environment and digital tools to improve comfort, efficiency and productivity, are the main beneficiaries of the project. In addition, young entrepreneurs and local innovators participating in the emergence of an endogenous ecosystem that can meet local needs with local solutions will also benefit from the project
