La Côte d' Ivoire is above the continental average (49.3) and the West African regional average (52.6) in terms of good governance.

The ranking of Côte d'Ivoire reflects a slight increase compared to the previous report, where the country obtained a score of 56.2, but remains below the performances of African leaders. In the “Participation, Rights and Inclusion” sector, Côte d'Ivoire maintains its 18th place with a score of 58.3. This dimension, which focuses on citizen participation and fundamental rights, remains stable but shows that additional efforts are needed to meet the expectations of the population in terms of civil rights and social inclusion

it comes to “Economic Opportunities”, which encompasses public administration, business environment, infrastructure and the rural sector, Côte d'Ivoire has maintained 11th place since 2020. This position, although outside the top 10, illustrates the resilience of the économie Ivorian woman

In the “Human Development” sector, Côte d'Ivoire posted a record performance, rising to 22nd place with a score of 53.2. This progress, in a field including health, education, social protection and the environment, marks a positive turning point for Côte d'Ivoire, which had never reached this rank since 2014.
