Le Palais du peuple de la Guinée sert de cadre depuis hier lundi 28 octobre 2024 à la 13th edition of the International Forum of Enterprising and Dynamic Women (FIED).

The AIM of the FIED is to strengthen networks and offer a framework for international exchanges for women entrepreneurs. According to Charlotte Daffé, Minister for the Advancement of Women, Children and Vulnerable Persons, “FIED is a continental mass that aims to promote a space of support and entrepreneurial development for women.” Seven crucial themes will be addressed during the panels for women's entrepreneurship, including access to economic opportunities, the contribution of rural women to economic development, and the promotion of entrepreneurship through mentoring and coaching. The objective of this forum is to allow participants to learn and be inspired by models of success, but also to explore safe investment options. In addition to exchanges and panels, FIED will highlight thirty champions who, through their audacity and determination, symbolize Guinean women's entrepreneurship in sectors as varied as textiles, agri-food, and scientific innovation
