The Democratic Republic of Congo has launched an expression of interest notice for the recruitment of an international firm in order to accelerate the transformation of its agricultural sector.

The firm will be responsible for “ensuring the operationalization and development of the Centers for the Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness (CPEJAB) and Community Centers for the Development of Innovative Agricultural Professions (CCDMAI)” according to the document. She will be recruited as part of the Governance and Skills Development Support Project, in support of the Agricultural Transformation Program (PAGDC-PTA). Eligibility requirements require candidates to have at least 10 years of experience in managing business development in agribusiness, to have carried out at least 5 similar missions and to have concluded in Sub-Saharan Africa 3 commercial partnerships in sub-Saharan Africa 3 commercial partnerships on national, regional and international markets, to have completed at least 3 missions integrating the structuring cooperatives and supporting them in the training and transfer of skills.
