The government undertakes to promote the granting of credit to cotton producers in Mali. Thus, the Private Sector Guarantee Fund (FGSP-sa) and cotton sector players have signed a framework collaboration agreement.

“It should also be mentioned that this collaboration was, in large part, made possible thanks to the COVID-19 FUND allocation granted by the Government of Mali to help businesses, both urban and rural, impacted by the global health crisis. that we are going through. This is the place to thank the national authorities, particularly the Minister of Economy and Finance, for having contributed to the effective provision of these funds", declared the Director General of the Guarantee Fund for the Private Sector, Mustapha Adrian Sarr.

The President of the Confederation of Cooperative Societies of Cotton Producers (C-SCPC) Mr. Djiguiba Coulibaly expressed his gratitude to the government and all actors in the cotton sector for their constant support.
