The company Diwa International of the Togolese businessman, Jonas Daou increases its capital to more than 750 million FCFA. This operation should allow the company, which has become a partner of the British MG (Morris Garage) in recent months, to better cope with its development prospects. The Togolese car dealer has created 55,150 new shares with a nominal value of 10,000 FCFA, fully subscribed and paid up in cash. The recent Diwa International – MG partnership allows the company of the current president of the Association of Large Enterprises of Togo (AGET), to now market ranges of MG vehicles such as the RX5, an urban and modern SUV. It has increased its capital to more than 750 million FCFA to better expand its activities.
