On Friday, August 19, 2022, Togo raised 33 billion FCFA on the UEMOA financial market, following an issue of Treasury recovery bonds (ORD) with a duration of 5 and 7 years old.

The total amount of the tenders was 58.977 billion FCFA, representing an opening rate of 196.59%, according to the organizer of the operation , UMOA-titles. In fact, the amount of the successful bids was 33 billion FCFA and the amount rejected at 25.977 billion FCFA, representing an absorption rate of 55.95%. It should be noted that this amount comes mainly from bonds. Also, investments with successful bids have a weighted average return of 5.82%.
