Since the president of the Regional Council, Emmanuel MVE ELEMVA, decided to uncover the truth and to hold everyone accountable regarding the case concerning the embezzlement of 9 million FCFA francs, the case has taken a new turn.

Indeed, one of the detoners, Parfait Magloire OBAM, a senior official of the regional council, said his part of the truth on Saturday, November 12, 2022. The latter does not admit to having been involved in the embezzlement of this money. According to him, conscientious and patriotic work has been done to help the promoters of the said festival. To do this, he is threatening to dump the various amounts allocated to the various expenditure items publicly so that the real culprits are known.
