Au cours de la réunion hebdomadaire du Gouvernement le mercredi 24 mai 2023, le décret portant ratification of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Côte d&# 39; Ivory and the Government of the State of the United Arab Emirates was adopted.

Signed since November 2021, in Dubai, a decree ratifying the convention between the Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire and the Government of the State of the United Arab Emirates aims to avoid double taxation and prevent fiscal evasion with respect to income tax. It also aims to create a favourable framework for trade between the two states, with a view to taking advantage of the significant potential of the Emirate to make direct investments.
